James Breimayer, President, Director
Jim Breimayer, a resident of Tyler, Texas has 27 years
experience in the energy sector with the majority of his
experience in the Southeast US and Texas.
Jim has been involved in the drilling of over 700 wells in
this area which produced over 58MMBOE, with an additional 58
MMBOE booked, and over 100MMBOE net. He was most recently Vice
President and general Manager of EOG Resources. At EOG he also
held the position of Resources. Exploration Manager and was
responsible for finding and developing new reserves in the
Gulf Coast Tertiary and developing Mesozoic. During the first
5 years of Jims assignment as Exploration Manager he was
instrumental in growing his Exploration divisions production
from 1000 BOEPD net to over 25000 BOEPD net. Jim also held
positions as development geologist and exploration geologist
at North Central Oil and Tenneco Oil.
He has a degree in Geological Engineering from Michigan
Technological University and was appointed to the
Technological Daytona Energy Corp board of directors in
January 2006
Jacqueline Tucker, Chief Financial Officer, Director
Ms. Tucker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of Western Ontario. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant
and a member of the Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia
Institute of Chartered Accountants. Ms. Tucker was elected a
fellow of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered
Accountants and has served on numerous committees of her
profession including the Audit Assurance Standards Board of
Canada.
Ms. Tucker has twenty five years of public practice experience
as an auditor and advisor to public companies.
Andrew Lee Smith, B.Sc., P.Geo., Director
Mr. Smith has over 20 years of experience in successfully
exploring, developing and operating North American base
exploring, and precious metal mining and gem projects. Mr.
Smith joined Aurizon Mines Ltd. in 1985 and resigned in 1998
from the position of vice-president of exploration.
Mr. Smith is the co-founder of True North Gems, the company
that is exploring and developing the first significant
co-developing emerald and sapphire deposits in the Yukon. Mr.
Smith holds a BSc and is a professional geologist as well as a
member of the Association of Professional Engineers and
Geoscientists of British Columbia.
