Brazeau River Project

We have recently frac’d one well on Brazeau River to increase
production by 200% from 1.2 mm/d to 3.5 mm/d.

We are upgrading facilities for 10 MM/D capacity. We then
plan to frac the 2-5 well and drill 2-2 infill wells.

Conoco intends to add 4 infill locations to the east and south
of our units.

Daytona has a working interest of 6% in two 640 acre units.
