Canadian Reserves

A summary of the Company’s gross and net share of the proved
developed producing reserves and net share of the future net
revenue present worth values is presented as follows:

The current case uses the gas price of $6.60/mmbtu (AECO
price on February 28, 2006)on and the condensate price of
$50.25 per barrel. The gross reserve is the Company’ s share
of production before royalties and the net reserve is the
Company’ s share of production after deduction of royalties.
(This evaluation uses the definition of reserves category from
Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook and conforms to NI
51-101.)
